I have a Xerox Phaser 8860 at a client, and we downloaded the 64-bit driver from Xerox, installed it locally on Windows 7 64-bit machines (but did not attempt to print) and then use the Printer Properties, Port tab to assign the newly installed printer to the correct Xerox IP address.

It all worked well.   ... Thinkpads_User

Go to the server (console or terminal). Open Printers and Faxes. Right click on the printer. Properties. Sharing tab. Additional drivers.
