I recently upgraded a user to Windows 7 sp1 and now viewmail does not work with Outlook. The voicemails are not showing as messages. The version of ViewMail we were using was 3.3 and ViewMail or Outlook 3.3.10. The old box had Windows XP sp3 and both boxes have Office/Outlook 2007.<br />
I tried ViewMail for Outlook v7, (we have no service contract for 8 and higher), but that did no help. It did give the option to send voicemail from Outlook but does not show that any have arrived.<br />
They are coming to the computer as I can see them when I open ViewMail so this is just with them showing up as email messages.<br />
Does anyone know what needs to be done to correct this? <br />
