OWA autocomplete is actually associated with user mailbox. <br />
does your users have profile where they download mails?<br />
just configure the outlook profile without cache mode... and try to send mails to different users.. then you can try the same names in the owa and see if it works ...<br />

the profile exists but maybe my question is too vague. &nbsp;When he uses the full Outlook client on his desktop at the office and starts typing an email address, outlook brings up a list of recent contacts too choose from. &nbsp;When he does this at home on the OWA client, it does not bring up the recent contacts - he has to type in the complete address. &nbsp;<br />
Hope that clarifies the issue a bit.
