Hello,

Need your ideas on something:

What is the best way to prevent users from sending locally saved attachments through their personal emails (gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc).

The Exchange server is being audited so if it is sent from the Exchange Server it will be recorded. The problem is when users send emails from the personal mailboxes.

Thank you :)
