Out off office issue on lotus notes

Hi ,

One user trying to enable out off office but getting error off, Processing request to enable, I tried replace/refresh all compact,fixup,updall tasks and removed the OOO profile from designer and refreshed but no luck, is there any other way to resolve this issue.

Hi there,,

What is exactly the error he is getting ??
As an administrator can you access his/her database and try to enable it ? Do you get the same error ?? if not please refer to the ACL of the database and check the "Attribute" and which rights he has.
if the lotus notes version used by the users is 8.5.2 I highly recommend to you install FP4 on his PC
