alwaysvisiblecontrolextender scrollbars asp.net

When using Alwaysvisiblecontrolextender on a panel which has Scrollbars=Auto the behaviour is very strange as it is not possible to scroll without the panel trying to reposition itself back again.

Eventually solved by havinh to remove AlwaysVisibleControlExtender altogether and use </div> instead
