I need to know Best Practices to Start Migrating my Clients over to 2008.

I Just had a buddy who attempted an Across the Wire migration and Crashed and Burned.

He called me over to help and it took 6 Hours to complete after his 3 days.

We had to get Microsoft involved to Get the network up and running Properly.

I am also Looking for " Hey Watch Out For This"  and "Don't Forget To Do That" Posts.
