When you look at the NTFS permissions on a file the user created, does it show them with Full access or Special? Have you dug into the advanced permissions to make sure there are no Deny's set on any group...that user could be in 2 diff groups???

I agree with BelushiLomax, does this user belong to other groups which may have conflicting permissions assigned?  Check the file/share's NTFS permissions for explicit denies as well.  If the user is in a group that is denied access to the folder, access will be denied

I will double check it again tomorrow which I'm sure that its the same group that other users from purchasing group have the same config. they have the same access, share permission on the same root folders. i will update the topic tomorrow. thank you
