how to setup email to folder redirection rule on exchange 2003 ?

We have exchange 2003.


Users use outlook 2003 for emails.

Users setup folders in outlook to sort emails.

They setup rules in outlook so emails from particular senders land up on there corresponding folder.


Now can we setup these rules on exchange 2003 server for the user?
If yes , provide the steps.

No, they are setup and functioning as designed. Is there a reason why you are looking to do this on the server?

Instead of going around all pc's and setting rules.easy to do on server.

All Outlook rules are setup per user. Your best bet is to script the rules for each user, much like you would for mapped drives. These two links should get you started:
