How to Change the Font Color of a Delivered Outlook Exchange Email

I would like to send an email and have it arrive in the User Inbox in a different color than normal.  Like Red as in the example below.    Not sure if there is an option in the Outlook 2007 user interface or if this is a switch that can be turned on with VBA for an individual email.

Thanks,
Jerry

Hi,

I am afraid that you as a SENDER cannot change the font color on RECIPIENT's side. If such could be possible, we would all have rainbows in INBOX :)

But you can configure RECIPIENT's Outlook to distinguish between messages, addressed to lists and multiple users against those, addresses to user alone. This is USER's configuration on their Outlook. See here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/change-the-color-of-messages-in-your-inbox-HA010263643.aspx

Not what you wanted, but it's how mail messaging works - your wish was not included in design, so it's not possible to do it.

Labsy,

Thank you for your reply.   I received the email above in my Inbox with the text colored red.  Any idea how that was done.   Would this be an Exchange Administrator option?  If so, do you know what it is?
