Classic ASP twitter

On my site I have a simple textarea and a button... "send to twitter".. I was wondering if anyone can provide me some code on how to post the message on twitter via classic asp. I am ok if I don't have to use twitter auth... but just a link to twitter application, where end user will login and post the message...
