I am using VS2010 on my project. I am not sure which is best (aspx page or html page) to add swf file on. What kind of control do I need or ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3Nfh9bl0Z8

You can use an Object tag which can work in both HTML and aspx.

see the links above, they are also doing it using object tag only....
Its aspx implementation but the same can be done in html without any fuss...
