Exchange 2003 problem with x.400

Hello, i have a clear install of an exchange 2003 server on my domain.
My problem is that when i go to a user properties --> E-mail addresses, there i dont have an X.400 Connector.
I think that there i must have the connector by an automated way.
Please help me ASAP, many thnx.

p.s. Off course i cant connect to my exchange account from outllok.

With exchange 2003 it is not default

My problem is that im trying to configure popcon from popcon.de and i ak thinking the the x.400 appears automaticaly after the first steps of configuration, please see the step by step guide and tell my what is  wrong, best regards

so you mean x.400 email address for users.
can you verify the reciepent policy and check if the x.400 address are configured.

you may require to add X.400 address in to the default email address policy
