I just bought my Samsung Galaxy SIII and spent two hours yesterday working with this. I was successful using Android Sync Manager Wi-Fi. I couldn't get it to work without connecting to the USB, but I didn't spend much time trying to troubleshoot that since that's not a big issue to me. You download it on the phone and on your PC.
For phone, go to Market (it's actually Play Store on Galaxy SIII) and type Android Sync Manager Wi-Fi to download and install on phone.
For PC, go to this website
http://global.mobileaction.com/download/android.jsp and download Android Sync Manager Wi-Fi for PC.
Once you've installed that on the phone and on PC, you need to activate the application on both. I can't remember exactly, but when I installed it on one of them, it gives you a PIN number and that's the same PIN number you need to enter for the other device.
