Which SSD do I purchase?

Dear all,
I want to purchase 2 SSDs for Raid 0 and ultimate performance for my gaming PC.
Which one do u suggest?
Note: I found that Corsair Force Series GT 120 GB SATA 2.5-Inch SATA III Solid State Drive (CSSD-F120GBGT-BK)
 have the best write read performance, bu I donno about SSD manufacturers.
and My Motherboard is Intel DX58SO where I think It dont support SATA3 and there for i Will not get the benefit from it. Please advise me, as I think that the Crucial 128 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s with Data Transfer Kit CT128M4SSD2CCA is the best for my board as I will not get benefit from the Corsair.
