Add additional data at Sumproduct formula

Hi

How to include data from Column D from Detail sheet at Column E and F  formula (Detail sheet). Here’s the current formula at Column E and F:

=IF(TODAY()<$B2,"",100-(SUMPRODUCT((Data!$B$2:$B$331<=$C2)*(Data!$D$2:$D$331=E$1)*(Data!$I$2:$I$331="Yes")*Data!$H$2:$H$331)))

Attached the workbook for Experts perusal.

I do not understand; the formula already depends on column D through this part

(Data!$D$2:$D$331=E$1)

How else do you want it modified?

Hi ssaqibh,

We need to include column D from "Detail sheet" as well.

Include how. Can you give an example?

Hi ssaqibh,

e.g. For Week 1 (01 Jan – 7Jan) – in this date range we have 1 data in “data sheet” which is on 5th Jan with duration of “00:05:00” (Column H). We need to minus of this data with data at Column D (Detail sheet). The objective is to capture total availability of the week. Hope this is possible.

Hi ssaqibh,

Please let me know if my explanation is not very clear.

Is this what you mean?

=IF(TODAY()<$B2,"",($D2-(SUMPRODUCT((Data!$B$2:$B$331<=$C2)*(Data!$D$2:$D$331=E$1)*(Data!$I$2:$I$331="Yes")*Data!$H$2:$H$331)))*24)

Hi ssaqibh,

Is that a way for us to view the value at column E and F (Detail sheet)  in 100.00 units. Let say, If no duration is updated at column H (00:00:00) at data sheet, therefore the cell for that week in Detail sheet will show as "100.00", if the cell at column H is having duration e.g. 00:05:00, thus the value for the week at Detail sheet will show the respective value according to "###.##" unit. Hope this is doable.

Hi ssaqibh,

I have attached the sample data which has "100.00" value for your reference. Is that any possible for us to show the value similarly in the given solution.

I am getting confused.

I thought that your comment #37822332 meant that the duration should be subtracted from column D

But from your last comment it appears that you want it subtracted from 100.

Please clarify.

Hi ssaqibh,

Sorry for the confusion. Indeed, I need to subtract column D value, and at the same time I intent to show the value in 100.00, so that the reader could easy understand what is the actual value for the week out of 100.00.  Perhaps we could convert the result of subtraction of column D and convert it into 100.00 value. Sorry if this sounds silly.

I just do not understand. You will have to tell me what should the answer be for row 1.
