I'm looking for the best Managed App service I can install on my client's Windows servers and possibly desktops that will create a report (and possibly email me reports) in system problems so I'm aware of them quickly after they happen.

Price is an importion portion of the because the budget is low.

What services do you use?
Are they dependable?
What's the cost for five to ten servers?

Opennms is a Open Source product which works very well and doesn't need much power to run. http://www.opennms.org/

Another product I have been looking at but haven't used yet is GroundWork another open source which I have heard good reviews on.
