System Center 2012 vs System Center 2007
Hi, I am on to my next project. So, I was about to finish up my deployment of System Center Operations Manager 2007 when I decided to look further into System Center 2012, which I believe is out or about to be released.
Anyways, I was wondering has anyone had time to evaluate SC 2012? How does it compare to 2007? Do I need to uninstall SCOM 2007 from my environment to setup SCOM 2012?
I only have SCOM 2007 monitoring a few of my servers, so it isn't a big deal, at least, I hope not, to remove it from my current environment.
So, just was curious if it is worth the upgrade.
Thanks in advance.

SCOM 2012 has been released to volume license customers. You can get it at http://licensing.microsoft.com . I haven't downloaded it yet.

OK, I already have downloaded it, since we have a MS Campus Agreement (MVLS). However, i am wondering is it worth the hassle to upgrade my SCOM 2007 to 2012 now & or how do you do a migration to SCOM 2012 from 2007? Or do you have to just scrap the SCOM 2007 and start a fresh rebuild to SCOM 2012?
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
