OK, I already have downloaded it, since we have a MS Campus Agreement (MVLS). &nbsp;However, i am wondering is it worth the hassle to upgrade my SCOM 2007 to 2012 now &amp;&nbsp;or how do you do a migration to SCOM 2012 from 2007? &nbsp;Or do you have to just scrap the SCOM 2007 and start a fresh rebuild to SCOM 2012?<br />

Anyways, I was wondering has anyone had time to evaluate SC 2012?  How does it compare to 2007?  Do I need to uninstall SCOM 2007 from my environment to setup SCOM 2012?
