We are planning to use APP V for applications that need to be accessed in a Hyper V environment. The applications and server occasionally need to be rebooted. How do we approach this with the sequencer and management server?

I`ve tested it in similar environment, vmware esx, you could reboot server and application as you are willing. In case you`d upgrade application, then you have to prepare new package.

here you will find useful tutorial I`d used in past
