print server

I have a New Printserver installed (windows 2008) and all our printers installed and configured.
some of our users says when they connect to one of printer which is on the printserver, then "permission denied" error comes.

Actualy i gave all printers EVERYONE permission.

Any idea? How can I fix it?

1. can you check if any of the group is not denied on the permission tab.
2. can you create another printer for the same printer and see if it works.

if it works.. then may be some permissions got corrupe... so you can configure one more printer for the same printer and rename old one and name the new one same like current one...

ok.. can you try 2nd option to recreate the printer... and check if everything is working fine. then you can rename the printer as old one..
