Edit CSS file for TwentyTen Theme Background?

I am working on a Blog using default Twenty Ten Theme.

I want to change the Menu Background and upper border line from Black Color ( #000 ) to this Color code #284660.

In the Style.css file, i dont know which method i need to edit the color the code for Menu Background as well Upper Border Line.

2 places you'll need to look in the style.css file:
1. #access -  for the background
2. #branding img - for the border.

Thank you,

I changed #access color code from #000 to #284660 - On doing so, Menu Background changed its color. Thank you.

I did the same for #branding img. But still the Upper Border Line reflects black color.
