I have an ASP textbox that user can type a value in it and I use that in a 'where' clause.

They now want to copy/paste multiple values in the textbox: something like:

Value1
Value2
Value3
Value4

I think we need a comma delimited value in between or some kind of a rule, no? but either way, is there a textbox that can do that?

make the text box multiline and ask use to enter one value per line.
Then you can have all the values as:-

var arrValues = txtTest.Text.Split(new string[]{Environment.NewLine}, StringSplitOptions.RemoveEmptyEntries);

Open in new window

now you can use arrValues in your where clause.....
