I may have seen an option from Xcode to run the app on the iPhone? If so, how does that work?

Where is Xcode do I configure it?

Thanks.

I can not conclusivley find the Organizer Window. I see my project, but no Devices section beneath it.

Can you explain what to chose from the Menu at the top?
