AutoCAD Electrical 2011 Reports causing duplicate descriptions

Hello -

We are using AutoCAD Electrical 2011 x64 on Windows 7 Professional x64.

We have a user, when they run a  report and tell it to dump to a CSV file, they get a strange result.

If there is an item in the BOM that has a qty of 2 or more (In my particular case the QTY is 6)  Then the description for that item occurs 6 times in the CSV file.

If we dump the report to a drawing, it inserts the BOM and it looks correct (qty is 6, but only one description)

Thanks in advance!

Cole

Has the user installed the latest updates?
Update 1:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=15695800&linkID=9240738
Update 2:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=17162696&linkID=9240738

also is the BOM to CSV an AutoCAD provided function or a custom LISP function?

silverkorn; thank you for your reply.

I will verify the the update status of the machine in question.  I was actually asked to do so by my mgr. earlier today for another reason.
