Then login as a different user who is an administrator.<br />
Delete the existing profile in the folder C:\Users\<br />
Now logoff and logon as the user. &nbsp;It will create a new profile.

If you just delete the folder it leaves profile information buried in the registry. If you want to do it clean, delete the profile they way I posted. If you don't mind remnants, you can just delete the folder.
