How do I delete existing and create a new profile in wildos 7 ?

Reboot, to make sure the user profile is not in use.
Then login as a different user who is an administrator.
Delete the existing profile in the folder C:\Users\
Now logoff and logon as the user.  It will create a new profile.

Properites for Computer
    Advanced system settings (on the left side)
    Settings for User Profiles (in the middle)
    Select the profile you want to delete and click the delete button


To create a new one, just log back in after deleting the profile.

If you just delete the folder it leaves profile information buried in the registry. If you want to do it clean, delete the profile they way I posted. If you don't mind remnants, you can just delete the folder.
