Selling a comedy DVD without creating a website

I know a guy who has a full length comedy video to sell, but he's in a hurry to sell it.  I suggested that writing your own website could take a long time and am looking for alternatives for him.

I heard that selling it on iTunes requires it to be a documentary or full length movie, neither of which he has.  Am I right this is the iTunes requirement?

Can anyone suggest a website he can sell it on and provide them a commission? Or is there another way to sell it and not write a website?

Thanks!
