Turning off "Recycle Bin" for network shares

Hey guys

Upon a recent audit we saw that most users home drives were quite large, we do not set any quotes on these as yet, thats the next part of the project.

One thing i noticed is in each home drive is a hidden recycle bin most having over 5gb of data in, How do i remove all these easiliy and disable them?
