cisco switch iso change

Hi, we have a 3750V2 switch with version 122.50
we would like to change the image to 122.35 so that it will stack with the other two switch.

when i dir flash, i can a folder c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-50.SE1, under it there is a bin file with the same name.

my question can i delete the 122.50 bin and put 122.35 bin there without naming the folder?

Look at this:
"Q. What is the minimum Cisco IOS Software release required for the new series of switches?
A. The new series of switches is supported from Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2.50SE onward."

As far as I know, there is no tight binding to the directory name. The .HTML files in this direcory used for HTML management of the switch.  If you don't use Cisco Network Assistance to manage the switch, then you don't need the HTML files. So, if you replace only IOS image (.bin file) web-management can not work. But I'm not sure.
