Drupal Content Question

Hello,

I need to upload many dozens of syllabi for our academic program for people to view.  This is not my first choice to use Drupal as the syllabi already live on another database.  But prospective students do not have access since they are not students yet.  So, we need to load many syllabi (possibly 50-70) into Drupal.  I am looking for advice as to the best way to go about this.  I guess the straight forward method is to upload each syllabus as a file and create a link to it on the "syllabus page".

Any other methods to make this less tedious / more efficient?

Thank you

Have a look at this:  http://drupal.org/sandbox/pyrollo/1256156

I've never used it and it says that it is in early development and not for production use but if you need to do this as a one shot deal it would be worth a try.  I'd hate to create a node for each of the 70 documents manually.
