compare two datagridview and find different rows

I have 3 datagridviews in C# 2010, two datagridviews used to compare value in a selected column,  if the value (Selected column) in the first datagridview was not found the second datagridview then put the row in the third datagridview.

Do you have a dataset as input for your datagridview ?
