Tooltip in sharepoint 2010

Hi Friends,
Any simple way to provide tooltip for each document of a particular library.
tooltip should display content of 1 metadata.

Ex:  Document libray: doclib with metadata as glossary (multiple line of text).
When user opens this doc lib, documents will display, once user revolves mouse curser over document name or title, it should display a tooltip: should read content of a metadata: glossary.
