Exchange 2010 EMC issue

Tried to open EMC today and when i expanded the Microsoft Exchange On-Premise tree, nothing populated, so i clicked on it and it said Intialization failed.  The following error occured when searching for On-Premises Exchange Server:

[mailserver.domain.org]Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message: Logon Failure: unknown user name or bad password. For more information, see the about_Remote _Troubleshooting help topic. It was running the command 'Discover-ExchangeServer -UseWIA $true -SuppressError $true.

So I tried to open Shell and got:

[mailserver.domain.com] Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
    + CategoryInfo          : OpenError: (System.Manageme....RemoteRunspace:RemoteRunspace) [], PSRemotingTransportExc
   eption
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PSSessionOpenFailed

So i added a new exchange forest specifying the exchange FQDN and used domain admin credentials and i could see everything in that one with the exception of anything in the toolbox except RBAC and message tracking.  Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
