Server password not known

I have a windows 2003 server which i do not know the password for. This machine is a domain controller. I do have carbonite running which has all the data backed up, i really don't want to reload the machine and restore all the data. Is there a way to clear this password without having to reload?

if this machine is a Domain controller then any domain admin should be able to login....
ERD Commander?
