What would you like to do with Keychain? In other words, can you be a littlebit more specific?
Keychain does not sync with your iPhone (at least not that I know of). The closest thing to that is 1Password:

I got 1Password yesterday, but have not started using it yet.

I was directed to use KeyChain to store an encryption certificate when testing my App on the iPhone:

http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/Xcode/Conceptual/ios_development_workflow/10-Configuring_Development_and_Distribution_Assets/identities_and_devices.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40007959-CH4-SW2

Can 1Password handle this?

Thanks.

No, 1Password is more useful for synchronizing passwords, secure notes and other personal information.

The "iPhone Configuration Utility" can manage and install provisioning profiles (and certificates). But I can't give you a step by step guide, since I'm not into Xcode and App development. If I remember correct Apple should provide the provisioning profile.

You can download iPhone Configuration Utility from this link:
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1465

Maybe you should also have a look at the help documents in this section of the Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/enterprise/

I hope this is useful for you...
