Does anyone have experience using LeadTools in C# -- this would be in a console application not a windows application.

My question is regarding doing basic annotation.

You can use LEADTOOLS annotations in a console application. You will probably want to use the non-automated annotations but that depends on what you are trying to do. If you send us an email (support@leadtools.com) with details on your objective, we would be happy to help you get started.
