possible to have user level exception for email size limit in Exchange 2010?

We have an Exchange 2010 server with an organization email size limit set to 30 MB.  This is fine for just about all users except for a few executive level high profile users.  Is it possible to increase the size limit for specific users and override the organization wide limit in Exchange 2010?   thanks.

You can do it in a roundabout way, basically you have to increase the Organization limits, then decrease the user limits, except the ones you want to have the higher limits.
