What are the preferred methods to move an itunes library from a windows 7 pc to a mac?

Maybe i'm looking for more than one answer.  Like, the best practice method and the quick and dirty method.  Thanks.

thanks.  i don't have access to the old itunes library today but as soon as i do i'll check it out.
