You are not responding to the latest message - error

Has anyone else come across this following error:

Conversation going on between A, B & C.  All of the sudden you don't like what C said so you forward it to D telling them you disagree with C.  Guess what.  C can see that comment you sent to D even though it was not intended for them.  If C decides to send a second comment, that alert pops up, they click view most recent,,,,BUSTED!  the new email to D will be displayed.  Co-worker "C" is now aware of the conflict of interest.

If anyone has any insight I would appreciate hearing your solution. I have been working with Microsoft premier and they do not have any answers as of yet.

Thanks,
Jay

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I seem to think there was a known issue with Forwarded/BCC users getting included.
I beleive it was corrected in one of the service packs for office 2007/2010

Office 2010 Sp1
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2460049

Office 2007 sp3
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=27838

Check to see if they are updated, if not give it a go and let me know
