We are going to install web interface for xenapp6.5 on a separate server.
Do we have to create both Xenapp web sites and xenapp services sites..What difference both have.
what do we need.
What is the reason we create multiple websites on the same server

No you do not HAVE to create both.

•XenApp Web Sites. For users accessing resources using a Web browser.
•XenApp Services Sites. For users accessing resources using the Citrix online plug-in.

If you want users to access published resources thru a web interface site, then use a XenApp Web Site.  If you want users to have published resources available on their desktop and or start menu, you would use the XenApp Services Site.

Yes, you can use one of each or both.

You can create multiple web sites (of either kind) because you have a specific need to do so.  You could have a Test site, a QA site, a Production site, a site for HR/PR and a site for company executives.

You could have multiple XenApp and XenDesktop farms and have one Web Interface server with separate sites for each farm.

We have two Locations A and B .. Most of the Services are running at Location A and oue WI server is also in location A. However we have around 100 users in location B and there are a couple of  services hosted locally there .

DO we need to keep WI server there ,

What benifits will it give

You can have one WI server, if you wish, at Location A.  Since WI requires so few resources, if you wanted a WI server also in Location B, there would be nothing wrong with that either.
