Xenapp 6.5 Accounts

Do we need any service accounts for the installation of xenapp 6.5.
if yes what rights does it need to have on SQL server hosting datastore and on all other servers in the farm

You need an account with DBO access to the farm database for the installation, and it will need to maintain that level of security on the SQL side.

Personally, I typically set up a SQL account, precreate a blank database, and assign that SQL account DBO to that database.  After that, it's very straightfoward.

And as Carl pointed out, some of the Citrix services will run under locally created local accounts.
