Lync 2010 Auto Attendant Issue

So I have LYNC working great just one issue.  When anyone calls into the Auto Attendant, they are required to speak the first and last name they are looking for.  Problem is, individuals may only know first or last name.  How can we enable it to just speak first or last name.

thanks.

We don't use Enterprise Voice here but I know a small bit about it.  First off I know you can use key presses or voice commands so that might be one route.  instead of knowing the whole name they can drill it down.  Also I would make sure there is a route to transfer to the operator just in case :-).

I know you can also setup the autoattendant to setup transfer by Departments as well using the Key Mapping tab under the auto attendant properties.  Maybe this way they can get who the need on a dept level.

I am not suer how to use Name Lookup for just First or Last name.  I think it is the whole name or key presses.  If you disable it I think you disable both.

The actual parameter is called NameLookupEnabled

Truth is you cannot have it set.  What I did was to disabled the speech which then allowed a dial by name directory where first name was recognized.
