I have a Tomcat restart for the Windows 2008 server last result of “The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not logged on to the network. The specified service does not exist”. The user is one of Admins. There's another with different user that all look good.

Any insight on this please?

Alright so, this user is a administrator? Does this program have the right to run without Administrator rights? Have you disabled UAC to see if it runs without this enabled?

Try delaying the task for 2 minutes
