All the printer are konica Minolta bizhub 250 (network printer) and are installed on windows 2008 server R2.
But I cannot connect any of the printer to a client using Win7 only Xp can connect.

What should I do?

Did you try drivers from following site
http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/SearchResults.aspx?productid=866&filetypeid=0&osid=30

Did you try installing as local printer by adding new network port TCP/IP port..etc. ? & trying to print direct via network instead via server ?
