Trying to install BASP_BACS_Mgnt_apps_ia32-15.0.15.1 which I downloaded from

http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php#mgmt_apps

I get a pop up saying:
"Broadcom Management Programs requires that your computer is running Windows Vista or above"

But the release notes say it's compatible with Win XP, 2003, etc.
I found that windows 2003 is not supported  and I need to install v14.2 of the software, but I am not able to find any link for it.
Any help please.
