exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 Migration

when trying to remove my EX2010 from the public folders system configuration folder from the EX2003 but its keep asking for the user name/password.

i've tried the administrator password but still does not like it

i cant delete the store because the i cant remove the server from the replication area.

If you no longer want to run EX2003 anymore, the quickest way is to manually remove it from the AD and that's it! all issues resolved.
