Steps required to reinstall Visio after rebuilding the OS

I need to rebuild my laptop due to a number of issues with the install. I've had situations in the past where I've had to purchase another software key after a reinstall and don't want to pay for another license with Visio. I have my key, and I have my software. Are there steps that are required before I reinstall the system so that I can re-use my key once it's been rebuilt.

You should be fine with your software and CD key readily available.  Even in a worst-case scenario, you may be prompted to actually all Microsoft in order to get your Visio application properly activated after it's installed, but that's a minor inconvenience.
