Domino upgrade and server hardware upgrade

Next week have one project assign to me is Domino upgrade including hardware,please guide me step by step what should i do.I already think the step but i no confidence,please advices.

Step 1.Shutdown domino server(OLD)
Step 2.Transfer Domino directory to new server
Step 3.Install Domino Server
Step4.Install Lotus Notes Traver
Step5.Install mail security antivirus

Question

1.The new server name must actually same with old server?
2.How and where to modify the IP address
3.After install traveler server what we need to configure
