Movie Survey System

My company wants to setup a site for rating movies.
Example: Each employee will need the ability to add their top movie picks to a database.
After the movie is added, it will need a category selected such a romance, action, etc.
And finally a rating system from 1 to 5 stars.
Experts can you recommend a solution for this? We use SharePoint 2007 for our intranet.
If there is such a thing; a preconfigured external cloud solution would work too.
Thank you!

How big do you expect it to grow? If it is not going to be HUGE - you could create an access database. Or bigger, a SQL database. Do you have developers on staff?

It would be small. About 50 people would be using it.
We do not have developers on staff.
Thanks!

Access sounds like it would be the easiest. It can be confusing to create, but sounds like it would work. Especially if you already have access, then there would be no cost.

Access has great wizards to get you started. It may take a bit to "fine-tune" it, but may be worth looking at. Then again, you may not want to mess with this but a good solution for what you want.

Check this out here and the wizards within access. You can create the form yourself for how you want it to look.

Geodash, Thanks for the information!
I was hoping that there might be a package or system that was already setup for this. If not, then we may go with the access.
