Start/stop using ndpd-host and/or ndpd-router with

"smitty daemon6"

The commandline versions for stopping the daemons now and in the future are

/usr/sbin/chrctcp -S -d ndpd-host
/usr/sbin/chrctcp -S -d ndpd-router

The options for ndpd-router are in /etc/gateway6
See "man ndpd-router" for details and the syntax of /etc/gateway6.

ndpd-host interfaces are configured via autoconf6.
There is no config file.
"smitty chauto6" lets you set the initial interface and whether SIT should be used.

See "man ndpd-host" and "man autoconf6" for details.

Check whether the subsystems are active with

lssrc -a | grep ndpd
