IIS 6 Application pool

I have a website that we recently got another domain name. The original domain name point the the right website but the new domain name that we have already set,acts weird. In our internal network it points to the right website but if someone out our network access the website it points to another website of ours.Anyone can help troubleshoot???

are the DNS records externally changed?

please check your DNS for the new website. is it pointing to right ip address?
